Statement from Andrea Miller, President of the NIRH Action Fund:
“In light of the deeply disturbing and heartbreaking findings from the New York Attorney General’s independent investigation into the sexual misconduct allegations brought against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, the NIRH Action Fund calls for his immediate resignation.
We are grateful that Attorney General Letitia James and the independent investigators conducted a thorough and detailed investigation.
We trust the survivors who have come forward. We recognize the hardships faced by those who bravely spoke up about their experiences with the Governor, including the retaliation they faced from the Governor’s office and the targeted harassment they received.
Survivors everywhere and the people of New York deserve accountability and an end to the harassment, defiance, and gaslighting we’ve seen from the Governor.”
